Integrative Counselling in Grays & Online
A safe space to feel heard, understood and supported
Therapeutic Support for a Range of Emotional
and Life Challenges
Helping you navigate anxiety, stress, self-worth, trauma, relationships, grief
and life changes in a safe and confidential space.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties or simply feel that something is not right, counselling can provide a safe and supportive space to explore what you’re going through.
I'm Barbara Wozniak, a BACP Registered Integrative Counsellor (MBACP) supporting adults through individual counselling. Together, we can explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be affecting you and work towards greater clarity, confidence and emotional wellbeing.

Why Work With Me?
Choosing a counsellor is a deeply personal decision. I believe that feeling safe, heard and understood is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work.
I provide a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace.
As an integrative counsellor, I understand that every person is unique. Rather than following a single therapeutic approach, I tailor each session to your individual needs because I believe therapy should fit the person, not the other way around.
Together, we can explore the patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing, develop a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards lasting, meaningful change.
When you choose to work with me, you can expect:
✓ A warm, compassionate and collaborative approach
✓ Therapy tailored to your individual needs
✓ A safe, confidential and non-judgemental space
✓ Support at a pace that feels right for you
✓ Ethical and professional practice as a BACP Registered Member (MBACP)
✓ Counselling available in both English and Polish
