I provide integrative counselling for adults and young people aged 16+, including:

  • Face-to-face counselling in Grays, Essex

  • Online counselling

  • Telephone counselling

  • Walk & Talk Therapy

Counselling sessions are available in English and Polish.

Access to this website is provided free of charge.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary equipment, internet connection and arrangements required to access the website.

I aim to keep this website available and up to date; however, I cannot guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

5. Counselling Services

Counselling is a collaborative process designed to support you in exploring your thoughts, feelings, experiences and personal challenges.

I provide a safe, confidential and supportive space; however, counselling outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as progress depends on many individual factors, including your circumstances, engagement and readiness for change.

I do not provide:

  • Emergency mental health support

  • Crisis intervention services

  • Medical diagnosis

  • Medication advice

If you are experiencing an immediate crisis or believe you may be at risk of harming yourself or someone else, please contact emergency services, your GP, NHS 111, or an appropriate crisis support service.

6. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Counselling sessions are arranged by agreement between myself and the client.

Details regarding:

  • Session length

  • Fees

  • Payment arrangements

  • Cancellation policy

  • Frequency of sessions

will be discussed before counselling begins and confirmed as part of the counselling agreement.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be chargeable in accordance with the agreed cancellation policy.

7. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a fundamental part of counselling.

Information shared during counselling sessions will remain private, except in circumstances where I have a professional or legal responsibility to share information.

This may include situations where:

  • There is a serious risk of harm to you or another person

  • There are safeguarding concerns

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • Information needs to be discussed within professional supervision

Any information shared will be handled carefully and only when necessary.
